Sab so gaye hain. Fan chal raha hai, baahar baarish ho rahi hai.
Just you, the lamp, and the next chapter.
Best with headphones. Every sound is generated live in your browser, so it uses no data.

A day counts when you finish a focus session or study at least 10 minutes. Open the wall calendar to see every day you studied.
Focus

Ek chapter. Bas ek.
Were you studying?
Whole minutes from 1 to 180. Changes to a session that's already running apply from the next one.
Breaks and focus sessions start by themselves when the last one ends.
Every sound is generated live in your browser, so none of it uses data. The weather at the window sets rain, crickets, birds and wind for you. Adjust them here.
Regulator 3 of 5
Just for fun. Pick it as your end sound in Timer settings.
Pick something below. Videos only load when you tap them.
Streams are 24/7 live radios run by channels like Lofi Girl and Chillhop. They never end and are made for listening while you study. The music is copyrighted, so you can listen all you like but you can't use it in your own videos or reels.
Copyright-free mixes are released by their creators for reuse, usually with a credit in your description. Pick these if you record study-with-me videos, timelapses or reels. Always read the video's own description for the exact licence terms.
Every YouTube uploader chooses whether their videos can play inside other websites. Many music labels switch that off, and some videos are age-restricted, private or blocked in your country. None of that is something this page can override. Tap Open on YouTube to listen there, or try another pick.
With Streams, if a channel can't play here or isn't live right now, the room moves on to the next channel in the list by itself.
Browsers block autoplay until you tap something. It also means videos only load when you ask for them, which saves data on a phone plan. (Opening this panel loads YouTube's small player script so your first tap starts faster. No video or audio loads until you tap.)
The room sounds (fan, rain, crickets, cooker) use no data because your browser generates them. YouTube audio uses roughly the same data as any YouTube video. Set its quality to 144p from the player's settings if you only want the sound.
Yes. Keep the fan and rain low under the music. Most people like Regulator 2 with a lofi stream.
The lit windows in the building across the street are real students using Padhai Room right now. A student counts only while their focus timer is actually running, not while it's paused, on a break, or just open in a tab. Dim windows are students who studied earlier today (the day resets at midnight, India time).
It's anonymous. Your browser gets a random ID (just random letters, saved on this device) so you're counted once however many tabs you open. No name, no email, no location, no fingerprinting. The numbers are never faked or padded: if nobody else is studying, the building is dark. If the counter can't be reached, the label simply hides and everything else works as normal.
Four sounds in the room are real recordings, from Pixabay:
Everything else (fan, rain, thunder, tubelight, wind, alarm clock, chime) is generated live in your browser.
Only in this browser (localStorage). There's no account and no tracking. If you clear your browser data, the streak resets.

What you write here shows up on the note on the wall.
Shows at the bottom of the note, like "Boards: 142 din!!"
Changes the sky, the light in the room and the sounds outside.
